Exchange & Store Credit
If you are not perfectly satisfied, have received faulty merchandise, or need to make an exchange, please email email@example.com or DM @matinee96 with your order number, name, and contact information. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Currently, we may only offer store credit or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order, unless the merchandise is faulty in which case we will provide a refund for both the merchandise and shipping. All shipping for exchange is at the customer's expense.
